If you’ve been on a set with us over the past 20+ years, you likely crossed paths with Jamie Armstrong. And if you did, you’d remember him. He was larger than life. He had a bright smile, a charming personality, impeccable style, and a laugh that could fill a room. Sadly, we lost Jamie last week, and the world is a little less bright as a result.

In production, we throw around the word “family” a lot. But Jamie was family, not just to us at TigerLily, but to so many in the Jacksonville production community. Birthdays and weddings, Thanksgivings and Christmases, he was part of our lives in ways that went far beyond the sets we shared.

His impact on this community, on the people who knew him, can’t be overstated. And losing him has left us heartbroken.

While he’s gone, his presence will forever remain in the laughter we shared, the memories we made, and the warmth he brought to every room he entered.

We will miss you forever, Jamie. Godspeed.
